Refund Policy

At DearMinds, we aim to provide a safe, supportive, and high-quality counselling experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for counselling sessions and related services.


1. Session Payments

All counselling sessions and packages must be paid for in advance through our secure payment gateway. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:
    If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

    • Cancellations made before 24 hours are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be considered at the counsellor’s discretion.

  • No-Show Policy:
    If you miss a session without prior notice, the session fee will be non-refundable.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The counsellor or DearMinds cancels a session and you choose not to reschedule.

  • Technical issues on our end prevent the session from being conducted.

  • Duplicate or erroneous payments are made.

Refunds are not applicable once a counselling session has been successfully completed.


4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Please email your request to support@dearminds.com with your booking details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Transaction fees charged by payment gateways (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.


5. Package or Subscription Refunds

If you have purchased a multi-session package or subscription:

  • Refunds for unused sessions may be considered only if requested before the start of the next scheduled session.

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.


6. Counsellor Replacements

If you are dissatisfied with a particular counsellor or session, please contact our support team. We may offer:

  • A session reschedule with a different counsellor, or

  • A credit for future use, depending on the situation.

Refunds in such cases will be at the discretion of DearMinds management.
